At Zaak Mobiles, customer satisfaction is our priority. We offer a simple and transparent return and refund process for all mobile accessories, gaming products, and kids’ tablets.

Products can be returned within 3–5 days of delivery if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days via the original payment method.

Please note that certain items may not be eligible for return, including used products, clearance items, or items damaged due to misuse.
